 | Julian CardyJulian’s journey began in 2005 as a 19 years old Cadet Building Surveyor with Reddo Building Surveyors and turned full cicrle in 2011 when he became a Registered Building Surveyor. The past 10 years has seen Julian develop into an experienced and qualified Building Surveyor, an achievement he’s quite proud of through hard work and applying himself by undertaking part time studies. Julian prides himself in providing quick and sound technical advice to the entire consultant team. Julian’s experience throughout the past 10 years ranges from small domestic townhouse developments to large commercial, industrial and residential developments. Working with private developers to public building owners or operators. In an ever changing industry it’s very important that the correct Building Surveyor is appointed and Julian welcomes a private chat to discuss any project.

 | Robert McLellanRobert has over 18 experience in the building industry starting as an apprentice carpenter working his way up through the system to become a registered Domestic Builder. A back injury caused a change in career direction for Robert, heading back to school and studying Building Surveying, successfully completing Graduate Certificate in Built Environment (Building Surveying) and Graduate Certificate in Performance Based Building and Fire Codes. Robert is now registered with the Victoria Building Authority as an Unlimited Building Surveyor and is qualified to assess fire engineering reports. Robert also teachers Certificate 4 in Building Construction and Diploma in Building Construction to students wanting to obtain their builder's license with the Victoria Building authority. Coming from a builder's background Robert understands builders wants and needs from their Building Surveyor. Robert uses this knowledge and teaching skills to translate complex regulatory legislation into easy to follow directions simplifying the process for builders, owners and designers alike.
